Heading into the last of the regular season bowl games, everyone is waiting to see where the upsets will happen. Right now Stanford should be one of the biggest advocates of some Top 10 team upsets, as you won't see them on this list...yet.
My projections for the BCS games right now are as follows:
National Championship Game:
Oregon vs Boise State
Auburn has two solid chances to get upset as they take on Alabama and South Carolina, meanwhile Boise has another chance to improve their status against #19 Nevada.
Rose Bowl:
Ohio State vs TCU
It's a tight race in the Big Ten, but Ohio State can still slide above Wisconsin for the Rose Bowl Slot. Boise in the NCG let's the Rose Bowl off the hook for selecting a non-AQ, but #3 TCU on the board may be the route they choose.
Sugar Bowl:
Auburn vs Wisconsin
The Sugar Bowl gets the first of the at-large picks and a 1-loss Wisconsin will be what they reach for first. Wisconsin and Ohio State are running neck and neck and could easily be swapped out if Wisconsin goes to the Rose Bowl.
Orange Bowl:
Virginia Tech vs LSU
ACC Champ against the second at-large selection. A 1-loss LSU will earn this spot.
Fiesta Bowl:
Oklahoma State vs Pitt
The Fiesta Bowl gets the last at-large pick and looks to be stuck with the Big East Champion, whichever mediocre team that ends up being.
Who Boise's watching:
Auburn vs Alabama - their best chance to get someone out of the top 2 in the rankings.
Who TCU's watching:
Boise vs Nevada - If Bama takes out Auburn and Nevada upsets Boise, TCU has a chance. Keep hoping.
Who Stanford's watching:
Arkansas vs LSU - Stanford is on the edge of the BCS games. hey don't need much, and a loss by LSU would do it.
Who Michigan State's watching:
Ohio State vs Michigan - Michigan owns the head to head over Wisconsin, so an Ohio State loss puts them in the Rose Bowl.
I can't see the Rose Bowl picking a TCU over Stanford. The only reason they would have a non-AQ in the Rose Bowl is because they have to take them. Now if taking TCU will fulfill their obligations for the next 4 years then I might see it happening, but I would think they would try and maintain their Pac10 - Big10 status if they can.
